Design & Manufacturing Capabilities:
We manufacture displays using wire, tube, and sheet metal as primary materials.
Along with plastic and wood, which is also used as complimentary materials to our displays
(Lead Time / 1 – 14 days) to start the design process a design fee is required.
Design time can vary from one day to two weeks depending on the varying levels of complexity and our customer’s participation. Customer receives a design form to complete prior to starting the design which will help the design team with just what the customer needs are for the display.
(Lead time / 3 to 5 days)
Once we have designed the display the customer will receive a rendering, once approved then will send for pricing, we base pricing on the quantities and materials that are needed. Other items considered during the pricing phase are product finish, quantity per carton, and logistic.
(Lead Time / 3 -5 weeks)
Once pricing has been approved, we offer sample. Samples are typically free of charge, unless the project is large in size or complex. Samples are manufactured at our overseas facility and then shipped to our office via container free of charge (2 ½ week travel time). Customer may request sample to be sent via air-freight at the customer’s expense.
(Lead Time / 8 to 10 weeks) FOB to USA warehouse.
Production can begin once sample and pricing have been approved. We require a purchase order and 50% deposit on all custom orders. Production does not begin until these are received by Candy Concepts
We contract rate on package shipments as well as LTL shipment to one or more locations. For all custom orders, we provide a “30 –Day Free Warehousing Program” which allows for 30 days of free warehousing once the order is received. After 30 days, warehousing fees will apply. We strive to give our customers the best freight rates available by respected logistics companies. On some custom orders we cannot quote an accurate freight rate until the product is received at our warehouse. We also welcome customers to us their own, or 3rd party carriers.
All of our designs are based on ease of assembly for our customers as well as packaging options to reduce costs of shipping. We also focus on getting our customer’s product to its final location as quickly and easily as possible.
We believe our product is of high quality and our warranty states that our displays are guaranteed against factory defects for the life of the product.
