- Custom product orders are not returnable - Custom products include painted, stained and logo items.
- Candy Concepts must be notified of delivery damage within 3 business days of arrival of product and product must be kept with original packaging.

Calculated shipping is an estimate only, if the shipping charges are different from those estimated, you will be contacted regarding this matter before the order is processed. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order. |

Candy Concepts Inc must be notified of delivery damage within 3 business days of arrival of product and product must be kept with original packaging.
Custom product orders are not returnable - Custom products include painted, stained and logo items. We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 15 days from the shipping date. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will be accepted for return 15 days from the date of purchase. |

Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Candy Concepts Inc. or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Calculated shipping is an estimate only, if the shipping charges are different from those estimated, you will be contacted regarding this matter before the order is processed.
International Shipping Powered by 
We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.
Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the “International Customers…Click here to pay” button. You will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.
