By participating in Candy Concept Inc. "EZ Payment" program, customer understands and agrees to the following terms:

1)  Gross price of product shall be $10 - $12 more than advertised Payment in Full price.

2)  Initial Payment shall be One (1) installment payment plus any and all shipping/handling charges and any applicable taxes due. Upon payment of initial installment plus and and all shipping/handling/taxes due, product will be shipped to customer.

3)  Installment Payments shall be automatically charged to customer credit/debit card every 30 days until payment is made in full, with initial payment and shipping/handling/taxes being charged immediately upon Candy Concept Inc. receipt of order. Additional shipping/handling and/or taxes shall not be charged to recurring installment payments.

4)  Customer agrees that by purchasing a Qualified Product through the "EZ Payment" program, any and all subsequent installments due shall be readily available for automatic processing on the date they are due. In the event of customers' failure to fulfill said agreement, Candy Concepts Inc. reserves the right to pursue any and all means of collection and/or recovery as provided them by the laws of the state of Wisconsin.
