Chocolate does not do good in the heat...

I ordered these for a baby shower and the packaging was fine but in Texas heat even with ice packs and insulation bubble packaging the chocolates melted...:( fortunately the customer service lady Jen was very friendly and prompt about answering this issue. She quickly tried to ship another box but because of the extreme heat we decided it would result in another box of melted chocolates, so we decided just to reimburse for cost. Thanks for trying :)
