Under promised and over delivered. Quality product with unexpected personalized customer service. My order arrived early, packed beautifully in single layers between bubble wrap. Only one pretzel was broken (which I happily tried). These are just beautifully coated and heavily sprinkled and very tasty as the sweet and savory combined. When I opened the carefully packed box with silver temperature control, there was a minty smell but they did not taste of mint. For reference, the pretzels are about 3” long. Great company!
